What’s included in the Basic Bookkeeping package?
Each month we'll categorize all business income and expense transactions and issue you the most recent financial statements. These reports will give you a concise overview of where you are from month to month which can assist you with decision making and improvements that aid in the success of your business. They're also required and detrimental for tax planning or to fund your business with mid-year loans. You will receive a personalized video review of your financials. Our team schedules 1:1 meetings as needed. However, you will be able to schedule one meeting per month at your discretion.
What’s not included in the Basic Bookkeeping package?
Anything above and beyond basic tracking of income and expense items for the month is not included in the monthly price above. However, additional services are available as an add-on to your basic bookkeeping package. These add-on's include: accrual basis accounting, detailed financials showing class tracking or job profitability, CFO services, invoicing (AR), bill payment (AP), payroll, sales tax filing, 1099 filing and Vendor Master cleanse. Monthly strategy sessions are also available for additional fees.
What’s Included in cFO services?
Our CFO services provide high-earning or growing businesses with strategic financial leadership on a part-time basis, offering comprehensive support without the cost of a full-time CFO. This service includes (but is not limited to) financial forecasting and budgeting to guide your business decisions, cash flow management to maintain financial health, and detailed financial reporting and analysis to offer valuable insights. We also assist with long-term strategic planning, identifying and mitigating financial risks, and profitability analysis to optimize your business operations. There’s an array of services that we offer under the CFO services package so we tailor the service to your company’s specific needs.
How do I request additional services?

What qualifications does your team have?
Our team is made up of Accounting Specialists, CPAs and Certified Pro-Advisors. You can rest assured that you're working with highly qualified professionals. We also belong to a large network of financial professionals so for those unique instances, we have extra resources ready to assist right away.
What happens after I sign up?
Once you enroll, you'll receive an on-boarding email. Simply complete, sign and upload all required documentation and we'll get to work ASAP. The final step is to book a call with the CEO of our company for an introductory phone call. We love the opportunity to chat with our new clients so we can serve you well!
What information do I need to share?
Ideally, our bookkeeping team will need access to your business bank and credit card accounts in order to efficiently complete your monthly financials. Many banks allow for accountant (read-only) access to bank accounts. This access helps us to keep our fees affordable and our efficiency high and streamlined. We will also need a copy of your most recent tax return.
If I have a question, how long does it take to get an email response?
We pride ourselves in being very responsive to our client's inquiries. We strive to respond within 24 hours at the latest (except over weekends and holidays).
What hours do the bookkeepers and other team members work?
Our business hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 4pm. Our calendar is updated daily to reflect availability.
Is Quickbooks Online required?
Yes, Quickbooks Online is the primary accounting software used in order to handle the bookkeeping at the price list above. Versions - Essentials, Plus, or Advanced are all acceptable. Simple Start or Quickbooks Self Employed are not. If you have a current subscription, you are ahead of the game! No need to get another subscription. If you do not currently have a subscription, we're able to offer a discounted rate off to our new clients for 12 months. This is the best discount you can get with Quickbooks Online. We highly recommend signing up for Essentials or Plus to start.
Do you require a contract?
No contract is required. However, there are no partial month refunds.
Is an engagement letter required?
Yes, an engagement letter is required. This will be sent in your On-boarding email.
are you selling software that you created or is it an existing software that you're reselling?
We are reselling well known tax software at a discounted price. We do not own our own tax software.
